Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Skinology products! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • Items that have been used or opened are not eligible for returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

    • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

    1. Email us at customerservice@skinologyclub.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We will provide you with an address where you will need to ship it to.

    3. Pack your items securely and mail them back.

    4. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and initiate a return for your original purchase.

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
